- All room rates are net quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of tax and service charge.
- Period 5 May 11 to 15 Oct 11 : Closed booking.
- Period 6 May 12 to 15 Oct 12 : Closed booking.
Minimum Stay :
- A minimum of 7 consecutive nights booking is required for 15 Dec 11 to 15 Jan 12.
- A minimum of 5 consecutive nights booking is required for 16 Jan 112 - 29 Feb 12.
- A minimum of 4 consecutive nights booking is required for 1 Nov - 15 Dec 11 and 1 Mar - 30 Apr 12.

Optional Dinner :
- Christmas's Eve Dinner on 24 Dec 11 will be charged 2,000 Baht/person.
- New Year's Eve Dinner on 31 Dec 11 will be charged 3,000 Baht/person.
